As an experienced but learning shoe cleaner, we value each and every one of our customers and understand how much your sneakers mean to you! We are committed to provide you with the highest quality service and have your sneakers coming back to you ‘box fresh’, which will be the case 9/10 times. However, we need our customers to understand that some materials are more difficult to clean than others and therefore not every before/after will be the same so please do not compare your clean to someone else’s. We will always try our hardest to remove stains but unfortunately not all can be removed. In the instance that the trainers can be repainted we will offer this alternative at no extra cost to cover stains but this isn’t always an option and depends on the shoe colour too.

Sneaker Repaint and Restore
If you have a pair of trainers that have been well worn, they have discoloured and are nearly ready for the bin, send them to us for a repaint!
*each pair of shoes will come back individually wrapped for extra protection
